Returns Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The incorrect item was sent due to an error on our part
If your order qualifies under any of the above conditions, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product, along with clear photo or video proof.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered for returned or opened products.
In approved cases where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- A replacement or store voucher will be provided
- Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion
Once approved, the resolution will be communicated via email.
Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and unopened
- Proof of damage or error is provided
- The request is made within 5 days of delivery
Our team will guide you through the exchange process to ensure it is smooth and efficient.
Damaged Parcel Policy
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- The package must be unopened
- Proof of damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Upon verification, a voucher will be issued for future use.
Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products purchased from third-party sellers
Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
